January 2020
"Untitled HTML" began as an unsent email written in November 2019. It was published on Bywords.ca in January 2020.

Winter 2019
"Salt" is an experiment in concision and a story that found a home in antilang. magazine's second print volume: antilang. no. 2-3. Published in winter 2019 as part of The Anti-Langorous Project, copies of the collection can be purchased on Antilang's website.

Winter 2019
"Marginalia in Retrospect" is a form of testimony. It was awarded third place in the George Johnston Poetry Prize competition in April 2018. A second version of the poem was later published in volume II of Soundbite, a digital audio magazine, in winter 2019.

Winter 2019
"Smash" was first read and recorded on an iPhone. It was published as an audio poem in volume II of the digital audio magazine Soundbite.

"Beneath Your Thumb" is playful antithesis to the idiom from which it gets it name. It was published on Bywords.ca in June 2018.

"[Marginalia in Retrospect is] a poem for the #MeToo era, unpacking and spelling out the unambiguous, 'No More'. The poem boils articulately with detailed furious fiery humour. A proper send off to he who oversteps bounds and presumes to overwrite the poet’s dignity of choice. Many lines sing. It culminates in a resetting of dominance, 'You are a slew of muddy city water running through the gutters of my text'. Done and done. 'I will rip your page out of me'."
